Caterina (Cat) Moscatello-Kuchmar is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and fitness professional with over 15 years in the fitness industry and 6 years in nutrition. Known for her compassionate, client-centred approach, Caterina supports health and wellness across all life stages, with a special focus on women’s health. She has expertise in weight management, menopause, perimenopause, endometriosis, and eating disorders and is currently advancing her skills in sports dietetics.

Cat’s care is highly personalised and evidence-based, ensuring clients benefit from the latest research in nutrition, women’s health (including endometriosis and PCOS), disordered eating, oncology, and diabetes. Her practical, whole-body approach assesses each client’s unique and evolving needs, allowing her to create tailored plans that promote sustainable lifestyle changes. Caterina frequently assists clients with complex needs, such as chronic health conditions, pelvic health, and hormone-related challenges.

In her free time, Cat stays active, enjoys quality time with her husband and three daughters, and never misses a chance to attend the footy with her dad to cheer on her beloved Essendon. She also loves engaging with her local fitness community by teaching Body Attack, Pump, CORE, and GRIT classes. She is passionate about empowering clients to embrace strength training and become the best versions of themselves. Believing in balance through nutrition, fitness, and a healthy lifestyle, she brings this philosophy into every client relationship, helping them thrive at every stage of life.
