Steph graduated from RMIT university with a double degree in Bachelor of Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy). Since then, she has completed further training in women’s health, pelvic floor and pelvic health, breast care and mastitis, paediatrics, pregnancy, postpartum care and cranial osteopathy.
Steph is skilled in internal pelvic assessment and treatment, pregnancy, paediatrics, dry needling and myofascial cupping in addition to massage, articulation, resistance stretching, myofascial release, gentle cranial and manipulation techniques.
Steph commonly assists patients with pelvic floor issues, postpartum check ups, bladder pain syndrome, vulvodynia, urinary urgency, urinary incontinence, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, chronic pelvic pain such as coccydynia and endometriosis. Additionally, Steph has experience treating scar tissue involve treating mastectomy and lumpectomy scars from breast cancer patients, as well as scars related to breast augmentation, as well as treating and managing mastitis, blocked ducts, engorgement and other breast feeding issues.
