Steph treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and is passionate about helping people feel empowered and supported in their healthcare. She has a special interest in treating people across the pregnancy and postpartum lifespan, as well as managing pelvic floor and pelvic pain conditions.

Pelvic floor dysfunction and postpartum recovery
Bladder pain syndrome and urinary issues (urgency, incontinence)
Vulvodynia, constipation, and chronic pelvic pain
Endometriosis, coccydynia, and pelvic organ prolapse
Scar tissue care – including post-mastectomy, lumpectomy, breast augmentation, and C-section scars
Breastfeeding-related concerns, such as mastitis, blocked ducts, and engorgement

Pelvic Health Institute of Australia- Internal pelvic floor courses
Completed with the Pelvic Health Institute of Australia, this training equips her to offer gentle, targeted internal work to support pelvic floor dysfunction and pain. Some of these courses include advanced pelvic organ prolapse management as well as Internal and External Approach to preparing the pregnant patient for birthInternal pelvic release work

Lactation and breast-related care
Stephania also supports breastfeeding parents with treatment for mastitis, blocked ducts, engorgement, and postnatal breast care. She has also done further training in managing patients post breast cancer with any concerns or physical restrictions they may have.
