Bree is an AHPRA registered psychologist and has experience working across the lifespan with young people, adults, and their families.
She uses a person-centred, neuroaffirming approach to supporting clients through the rollercoaster that is life’s challenges. She believes therapy should be a place where people feel safe to unmask and collaborate without judgment, and she aims to provide a warm and supportive environment for clients to do so in each session.
She is an eclectic clinician whose main approaches include ACT(Acceptance and commitment therapy), CBT (Cognitive behaviour therapy) and DBT (Dialectical behaviour therapy). She has also completed additional training in perinatal mental health and has a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent parents and young people from a neurodiverse affirming lens.
Bree is passionate about creating a space (and world) where all identities are welcomed and valued. She feels privileged to provide a safe space for self understanding and growth to our community.
Bree has a special interest in treating and managing perinatal clients and teens, but treats all ages and all genders.
